Who is the Spider-Man in the Madame Web trailer?
Ezekiel Sims is an evil Spider-Man who is searching for future Spider-Women, according to the Madame Web teaser. Compared to the comic book version, where he serves as Spider-Man’s protector and spiritual guide, the movie version of Ezekiel is darker and more menacing.
Tahar Rahim plays Ezekiel Sims in the film.
He had previously collaborated with Cassandra’s mother during her final years of study on spiders. After completing a ceremony that granted him a Spider-Totem, Ezekiel acquired abilities akin to those of Spider-Man.
